Payment and Cancellation Policy *
Group sessions are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Payment is due PRIOR TO THE HUMANS ONLY ORIENTATION or at the Orientation by personal cheque/cash. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ONCE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS COMPLETE. In the event that your dog has a medical emergency a refund will be considered but a $25 administration fee will still apply. A note from your veterinarian will be required to receive the credit. Mindful Behaviors reserves the right to remove any reactive dog from class at any point, and transfer the credit to private sessions. You choose the weekday when to attend the classes, we will arrange a make-up session for one (1) missed class. Any classes have to be CANCELLED MINIMUM 24 HOURS in advance, otherwise the class will be counted as used. In cases of medical emergencies a shorter time will be considered.
Class starting date and completion policy *
After attending the humans only Orientation, the classes will have to be started WITHIN ONE MONTH. A failure to do so will lead to forfeitment of the purchased classes. The time for completion for the Life Skills Puppies program is five (5) weeks from the date of the first class attended with a dog. Mindful Behaviors will arrange one (1) make-up session for students who have missed a class, in which case the time for completion will be extended. A failure by the student to attend the classes within the allocated time period will lead to forfeitment of the remaining classes. In cases of medical emergencies/statutory holidays an extension will be given.
