We're Hiring Dog Walkers!

One Leg Up Canine Company is hiring for the position of Professional Dog Walker.  We are seeking someone who will fit in with our current team of dedicated and outstanding individuals. Basic dog knowledge will be an asset, though the right candidate will be thoroughly trained.

The right candidate for our Professional Dog Walker position will:

• Be extremely reliable
• Be safety-oriented
• Have good attention to detail
• Enjoy walking and playing outdoors regardless of the weather
• Have excellent time management skills
• Be keen to learn about dog behaviour and positive handling practices

This is an hourly paid position which will start as part-time with the option to move to 30 hour weeks as the individuals comfort level and training progresses. Hours will typically fall on weekdays between 9:30 am and 3 pm, with optional occasional weekend and evening hours.

• Be bondable and willing to provide a criminal record check
